Beginners Meditation Group

Meditation brings us back into ourselves, back into our centre. It has been proven scientifically to reduce stress and anxiety.

Allow me to guide you through different meditation styles.

I am offering a 6-week beginners meditation group. This is for those of us who have never meditated before and would like to be shown how.

First group: Sat March 9th 9.00am - 10.30am, then every Sat after 2.30pm to 4.00pm

Last group: Sat April 20th 2.30pm - 4.00pm

PLEASE NOTE: We will skip Easter Sat 30th March

Cost: $200.00, covers all 6 1.5 hr groups (payable first day)
